Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

You would need to kept the space clean after your self there is a $175 dollar cleaning fee I have professional cleaning crew to come in after each booking!

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

Photo shoots ,Brithday events video shoots! This is a town house with up stairs and down It’s a 3 bedroom designer inspired unit Great for pictures and a girls night out! The Designers Lounge is a 3 bedroom townhome that is 8 minutes away from the Atlanta Airport. Sleep in either the Chanel inspired master suite with a queen bed that has a separate shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom is Tiffany inspired with a queen bed and lastly the Gucci inspired room has two twin beds. Each room has a TV. The Designer lounge has a Hookah and is 420 friendly. The location has free parking and is self check in as well. We offer a private chef with advance notice.

No cigarettes smoking !!!! No parties !!!! This space is only for special event’s as well as a photographer pictures. No more than ten people I’m the unit it’s a 50 dollar fee for smoking 420!
