COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Space is professionally cleaned between bookings. All surfaces are disinfected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

House rules
Picture ID needed for booking approval. Please send me a message for pre-approval prior to booking with a pet. $200 Pet fee, per pet, per stay. No more than 2 pets allowed. No Pets on carpeted area upstairs. Any pet accidents on carpet will incur an extra cleaning charge. No smoking inside the house (including no burning incense), no parties, no unregistered guests allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am

*No Small/Large Gatherings or Parties Allowed
*No Smoking/Vaping on the premises- penalty of $250.00 will be imposed for deodorizing the property
*If food or drink is spill on the carpet or furniture , an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will be imposed for specialize cleaning
*Please notify the Host immediately if any damages occur or spillage
*No shoes on carpet upstairs
*Do not rearrange or move the furniture from its existing location
*No parking on the Street- Parking is in the rear of the property in the driveway behind the garage or overflow parking lot
*Do not park in front of mailbox
*No access to Garage/coat closet/pantry/utility closet
*Guests are responsible for obtaining a travel insurance as Host policy does not cover guest belongings
Other things to note
Wi-Fi and Premises Activity : by renting this unit, you agree when utilizing the premises and Wi-fi network, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities
Any fines or fees given to Host that are attributable to guests will be passed on to guest as additional fee. Fees will be imposed if violated per violation
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Three outdoor security cameras. One on garage, one on the side of the house and one in backyard. No cameras or recording devices in the house
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
