We care about the safety of our guests and trying to provide the best experience with current COVID situation. Our staff thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all the surfaces in between each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Located in a heart of Bishop Arts District our small studio is ready to welcome guests to celebrate their milestones. This neighborhood is one of the most fast growing areas of Dallas - enjoy the city views and authentic shops or check out nearby bars after celebrating your event with us. Our studio is located in a one story building shared with Black Swan Yoga and Trompo Tacos with an easy access from outside - parking lot is right in front of the entrance which will make your loading and unloading incredibly easy. The space itself consists of one open floor plan room of a 1000 sq feet with a bathroom and a small storage room. It comfortably seats up to 30 people or 60 people grab-n-go. Unique floor plan, angled ceilings with roof windows and plenty natural light makes this space one of a kind and a perfect host for your event. Studio comes fully furnished with a small bar area and a lounge area - everything is easy to move around to transform the space to your needs. We also included a custom made champagne/dessert wall that you can use for anything your heart desires! We offer cocktail tables, 6 ft tables and chairs with no additional charge - hurry up and make your booking today! Parking description

There is a small parking lot right outside of the building that we share with Black Swan Yoga and Trompo tacos that can fit about 15 cars plus a large free parking lot right across the street.

General Rules

• Smoking is NOT permitted in the building; • No candles allowed on premises; • The use of raw rice, confetti, glitter, smoke is prohibited. • You may not put holes in any walls. Using nails/screws/strong adhesives on the walls and ceilings is not allowed. Command hooks/painters tape is allowed. • All items brought into the space (e.g., personal items, decorations, props, etc.) must be removed immediately following the event. • No hard liquor may be consumed by the Client or Client’s guests without a licensed bartender present; • Music should not be audible from an outside of the premises after 10 pm on weekends and after 9 pm on week days; • Outside catering is allowed

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have 3 security cameras installed in the space for safety purposes - one camera is outside recording people come in the main door and 2 security cameras indoors in the main space. They are both visible to guests. Cameras are recording 24/7.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
