Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have professional cleaners clean in between bookings. Our space is newly remodeled and open. We have a REMI HALO system installed in the A/C system as well.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Photo Shoots, Video Shoots. Small Meetings. Fully renovated basement apartment. This space has two living spaces with couches and tv's. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a prep island and built in eating nook. Plenty of space to spread out. Roughly 1700 square feet of space. There is minimal daylight. The front living space has 3 windows. The other living space has no windows .
