About the Space

Enjoy this private, newly remodeled, studio style cottage. Features a luxury queen mattress, a king sofa sleeper, 2 LG smart TV's with surround sound, lightning fast 5G WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary coffee and tea bar, bath with custom shower and all the comforts of home. Relax outside and enjoy all 4 seasons in the private backyard, complete with a fire pit, corn hole and bbq grill. A minutes drive to Whiskey Row, Thumb Butte, lakes, trails, parks and outdoor activities. We offer custom Charcuterie Boards, paired with complimentary red wine and sparkling water. Our charming beautiful cottage is perfect for a small lunch in, photoshoot, or small baby shower. under 10 people

We have space for two mid sized vehicles or one large vehicle. We are located near multiple store fronts within walking distance that have free public parking.

Parking for two mid sized vehicles only. All other vehicles must park at Fry's 700 feet from The Mulberry Cottage and walk/shuttle back.

General Rules

Smoking outside only, with use of provided ashtray. Quite hours start at 11:00pm. Outside catering is allowed. No shoes inside during mulberry season.

Let host know what you need moved and we will try and accommodate. Please do not move large furniture on your own.

We have two ring doorbell cameras. The first is located at the front door of the main home on the property. The second Ring is located on the front door of The Cottage they are activated.

Health and Safety Measures

We Have a team of two and clean every surface, the bathroom is equipped with a sanitized strip for the toilet and the bed has white linens with a card date and time stamped.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
