Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have committed to Peerspace's enhanced cleaning protocol. Additionally, we have invested in an allergen and odor reducing furniture and linens when possible. We leave a 24 hour gap between bookings and encourage heat and air circulation to run through the home continuously during the vacancy period. Our professional cleaners do a thorough cleaning of all surfaces every time and trained to double focus on high touch areas and surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
The space is a stylish and spacious top floor Owners Suite in a Victorian Craftsman home at heart of Tobin Hill, one of San Antonio's oldest urban neighborhoods, newly renovated October 2021. There are 3 bedroom areas (King, Queen, Bunkbed) and 2 bathrooms. You'll enjoy a sweeping second story front patio overlooking a quiet residential street and a large outdoor back deck adorned with Edison lights and dining/seating area for 8 perfect for private star gazing. A cooking or crafting class, private family gathering, photo shoot or any event that benefits from both ample indoor and outdoor space would work perfectly here. This 100 year old home blends a mix of original finishes and modern comforts.

General Rules
1. Be gentle with our 100 year old plumbing.
-Our pipes are “historic” - Please scrap all food into the trash and avoid letting anything down the kitchen sink. The toilet only likes our provided paper in small quantities. Please absolutely NO hygiene products or flushable wipes.
2. No smoking inside the house or on the property. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied.
3. We have a strict no drug use and underage drinking policy. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind or underage drinking, the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
4. Quiet time/noise: We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it is home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Please be respectful of downstairs guests and be aware that our historic wood floors can amplify the sound of footsteps. We have put a lot of thought into placing carpets with thick pads throughout, but heavy walking or running may be heard by other guests. Please take your shoes off inside the home to help reduce the sound of footsteps and to help keep our carpets clean. (NO HIGH HEELS- they leave dents)
5. No smoking anywhere on the property, indoors or outside.
6. No pets.
