Our Event spaces includes the following: Reception area 300sqft attached to main entrance Room 1 30ft x 19ft white walls with white molding, cement floors, track lighting throughout can be used for events, art pop up shows, movie scene's, photoshoots etc. When using room 1 you will get access to the reception area 3 bathrooms, as well as the common space described below. Room 2 30ft x 30ft this area is designed like an art gallery by world Renowned International Artist Duda Penteado which features cement floors, white, black, and grey walls, track lighting, and overhead lights throughout. Private room 1 9ft x 6ft not furnished but need can be discussed depending on usage. Private room 2 9ft x 6ft not furnished but need can be discussed depending on usage. Meeting room 125sqft with table and 4 chairs – 55in led tv for presentations – HDMI cables available. Space can be used for anything, walls painted white track lightening throughout. Facility has 3 bathrooms two of which have showers 1 just toilet and sink. Common space includes lunch area, with sink, fridge, Keurig coffer maker, microwave with many functions’ silverware, plate, bowls, glasses. Loading area standard dock height can receive trailers shipments etc. Battery powered pallet jack available for use max weight 4,000 lbs. Shipping table / work area for packing and shipping, slop sink, hand truck, industrial craftsman vacuum cleaner, brooms, and dustpans available, mop and mop bucket. Back exit of building has a deck attached the rear of our building is brick and has an open area for outdoor photoshoots etc. Central ac / heat throughout our facility. ****ARTWORK THAT IS REMOVABLE FROM WALLS WILL BE TAKEN DOWN PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT***** UNLESS DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON. If you are wanting to host a larger capacity of people, we can still accommodate your event however, the Dallas Fire Department requires a general assembly permit. We will cover the fee for the permit as an incentive to you. A layout of the facility will be provided to you so you can draw where you want tables, chairs, and any other items, if will also show emergency exits, fire extinguishers etc. We will then submit the application to DFD if approved, a fire inspector is required to be present for the full length of the event, there is a $115.00 per hour fee which the client pays directly to DFD the day of the event by check or money order.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Found this place by chance. Send a message to the host Jay, and he got back to me quickly. We set up a meeting to view the space. He was on time, and very professional. He's easy to talk to, and he's very reasonable. He made me very comfortable with making my decisions shortly there after. The space is very clean, and is set for any event. I will use the space again in the future. It was the perfect space for my daughter's first birthday Party. Thank you for having us Jay.

Our experience with Jay was nothing less than exceptional. Jay came to our rescue after our previous event space owner cancelled our event one day before my bday party. Jay went above and beyond to meet us to view the space at such last minute and accommodated our every need. Jay was professional and attentive every step of the way. His venue was everything we needed and then more! Words cannot express how thankful I am for Jay being able to make my birthday one of the most memorable birthdays ever!
