Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Enhanced cleaning measures: - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected - Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description

Street Parking is available adjacent the venue along 36th street. Garage parking is also available nearby at the following locations: Shops at Midtown Gardens Parking Garage 3401 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127 City View Parking Garage 3800 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33137

General Rules

- No smoking in the building - Outside catering is allowed - No pets allowed - All rentals include setup and teardown time - Please inquire for details about staffing - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Front door must be locked upon departure from the space - Please use lock box and key code provided

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

All entrances, exits, meeting rooms, and creative spaces are surveilled within PS Social with the exception of restrooms, and dressing rooms as it is prohibited by law.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
