Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space

Cre8ive Studio 3, approximately 300 SF. Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and a plethora of uses. Each studio has acoustic insulation and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots. Suitable for Film & Photo Shoots, Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews/Small Castings, Yoga/Fitness classes, movement/improv classes, and more! For multiple studio bookings, please contact us for a custom offer. We also offer custom quotes for multiple days and after hours bookings. Please inquire about our student/non profit discounts. We are launching our new space. Stay tuned for additional amenities and offerings. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.

The space has been updated and it shows! The room was sparkling -- chairs were easily available. Arturo was onsite and very helpful. It was so easy to work with Manu and the space is exceptional. Hope to be back soon!

I really like this place and it has gone well for my past few bookings, but unfortunately my event today did not go as planned. I booked Room 3-2 which is my usual room. I prefer room 3-2 because it has no windows, and the nature of my event requires the dark due to its usage of galaxy projector lights. When I arrived at the venue, my name and set up was in room 2-2 (with large bright windows) instead of room 3-2. I had already messaged my attendees via Eventbrite a few days before this the venue details with room 3-2 specified, so the last minute change caused some confusion. I thought I had accidentally booked room 2-2, but upon checking my booking, I did book room 3-2, so I'm not sure why my room was set up in room 2-2. Additionally, I left 3 extension cords in the venue during my event last week, and I messaged the host as soon as I left that day requesting if they could hold onto those cords so I could pick them up during my next event (today.) They agreed to do so, but when I looked for the cords today, they said they didn't have them and did not know where they were. I'd just like to add that I think this mishap was just a result of internal miscommunication or system error because the man who set up my room was great and very accommodating!
