About the Space
Cozy boutique photography studio and makeup room space. Our space includes two distinct spaces. We have a makeup or dressing room, and the photo studio room. Our space is best used for photographers or videographers who have limited guests. Due to health regulations, we only allow 10 guests. We do have space for snacks for clients. We have a changing table. We have a refrigerator and microwave. We also have bathroom accommodations in the hallway of the studio.

Parking description
There is plenty of parking around the center. There are 30-minute parking spots at the front of the location but on the side parking lots, there are no limits. On Sundays, there is a flea market that takes up most of the parking on one side of the center. There is still, however, ample parking to enter the plaza where my studio is from many directions.

General Rules
House Rules
1. No Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking. You cannot engage in any activity at Max and Maggies Studio while under the influence.
2. No Weapons: No weapons are permitted in the Studio without written consent from Max and Maggies Studio.
3. No Pornography: No photography, videography, and/or audio of explicit sexual acts are permitted.
4. Groups must be ten people or less. If your group has more than ten people, some will be asked to leave. (We will not be able to offer you a refund if you violate this policy and it impacts your shoot.)
5. We’re following Maryland’s guidelines for masks. If anyone in your group feels ill, please ask them to stay home. Wash your hands regularly or use hand sanitizer.
6. First-time Clients will be required to receive a short orientation to the studio and the equipment.
7. Clients are responsible for all damages caused during the rental. These charges are at the discretion of studio owners.
8. Clean-up fees may be applied if the studio is left in an overly messy state including body paint, glitter, elements, etc. This is at the staff’s discretion.
9. Props including furniture may be used. Studio furniture and props are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You are expected to leave the studio as you found it.
10. Animals: Must have written consent from Staff. All animals must have a handler at all times. The handler must have this as their sole position for the shoot.
11. We do have late night bookings, however, if they that are extended after 11:00 PM are charged at double the normal rate.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhance cleaning is completed before and after each booking. Use of Covid-19 cleaning products are used for deep cleaning and sanitizing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

Shameeka was very professional and responsive. Her studio provided endless options and was very functional. She explained in detail how to properly use the lighting equipment and different background colors. We shot our maternity pictures and will be returning to shoot our newborn pictures.
