About the Space
This beautiful private home, is in a prime location- (within 15 minutes to; LAX Airport, several Beaches, Marina Del Rey, downtown LA, Sofi Stadium, the Staples Center, and Beverly Hills. This location is perfect for a video shoot, a private birthday party, a movie shoot, a commercial shoot, a photo shoot, or any special event requiring a beautiful space. The extra large backyard can be transformed into whatever your heart's desire. Plenty of parking on the street and in the extra long driveway (can fit up to 5-6 cars) that can be used for parking, or additional space for your event needs. ~Absolutely No smoking (of any substances) inside and outside of the home. ~Outside catering is allowed. ~Use of the kitchen is available for set-up of food and refrigeration of a few items-(no cooking meals). ~No alcohol after 9:00 pm. ~No loud music after 9:00 pm. -For backyard events, all food, trash, debris, and decorations must be cleaned up after the event, or an additional fee with be charged. As the Party Hosts you are required to bring a box of heavy duty trash bags, to collect and dispose of all of your trash from your event. ~ Any Additional days needed for the pick-up and delivery of items needed for the party will be charged an additional per day fee.

First off let me say this… book this place you won’t regret it. Rockell is wonderful just a pure pleasure to work with. I had my daughter champagne party here and it was exactly what I had pictured in my mind.She had my back from the time I booked to the time it was over helping me out with the vendors that came late and the ones who came early.I wasn’t there to make sure everything was how I wanted it but Rockell helped me out and made sure everything was to perfection. She also has this vibe about her that u instantly know ok she’s good peoples and her personally is so chill that I felt like I was giving one of the most special moments in me and my daughters life at a friends house and not some listing I found on a site. She helped me in more ways than one and I’m forever grateful for her and to top it the house is amazing and super clean. Like I said before u won’t regret it book with Rockell
