About the Space

Welcome to our place! Need an escape to sunny Cali?! You’ve come to the right place. Our eclectic Mid Century Modern inspired bungalow is sure to make you feel like you’re on vacation! The space Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, a full bath, an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room, and a tiki bar three-seasons room that leads to a private patio and fenced in back yard. Downstairs houses another living room/seating ares, full bathroom, and large bedrooms. It’s the perfect place for a showers, birthday parties, or events! And did we mention how perfect the home is for photos?! Multiple full-length mirrors, a neon sign, fun furniture, bright walls….and a mural on the back patio! So, it’s also a great backdrop for wedding party photos, engagement sessions, and boudoir shoots! Currently, we are not allowing videography (unless approved by host). This space is also available on AirBnB, but events and photography sessions MUST be booked through Peerspace. If you are looking for overnight accommodations, as well, please reach out the host.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

This place is the best! So bright and cheerful as well as clean and honestly bigger than I expected too! Perfect for local business meet ups or a girlfriend weekend getaway. Jenny is also super nice and thoughtful - the whole experience was a breeze! Highly recommend!

Look NO further if you’re looking for exceptional, warm, and accommodating service. The host was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire booking and day of process. The space is PACKED with personality and, as a photographer, a beautiful variety in backdrops that suit a session needing a few different “scenes”…I want to go back and just enjoy the space as a guest! The amount of space is such a win and the basement is ADORABLE. I can’t say enough about my tremendous experience with the host and the space. Will be back. Don’t hesitate!

Yes, I would book again.

This is the PERFECT retro gem! So much thought has gone into the decor and the experience for the guest. Jenny is everything you are looking for in a host, and she was wonderful to work with from start to finish! We used this location for a photo shoot, but we will definitely be back to stay as guests!
