About the Space

We are an open flex space we use for our own events for the artistic and creative community. When we are not holding our own events, this space is yours! The natural light pours in from the windows on all sides of the space, also creates fresh air flow from the Bay. Open floor plan in the main room, allowing for anything you can dream up! Perfect for photography sessions, community meetings, bridal celebrations and so much more. Plus, we are above our own hair studio, so there is an entire beauty team at your fingertips! Our space boasts: -Freshly updated with unique and beautiful design aesthetic -2nd floor, private and secure space -Bright, natural light -Photography backdrops with automatic controls (multiple colors) -Tables and chairs included (seating for 25) -Projector -Onsite team to help you set up -Private entrance -2 offices for use in addition to main room -Private bathroom -Disco ball!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Yes, I would book again.

This space is great- true to description and photos. We used the space for a work get together where we all worked there and had a few group meetings. The host could not have been more attentive and helpful. She met us at the beginning of the day to show us everything. We will definitely book this space again.

I can't recommend this space highly enough! I needed a location quickly for a very last minute video shoot and Jessie the host was incredibly responsive and easy to deal with. She responded to me hours after my booking request and made the rental easy and stress-free. The space was great for our video shoot – quiet even though it's near busy Union Street and above a hair salon. Easy to rearrange the furniture that's there and so helpful to have additional folding chairs and tables when needed. I was glad I brought it some additional light, as were windows on two sides for natural light, but not as much as I needed for the video shoot. I really appreciated the private entrance with easy keypad access and private bathroom. There is one set of fairly steep stairs to get to the second floor, but I didn't find it an issue, even when bringing up gear. Would definitely rent again – great location and rental experience.
