About the Space
This is a spacious backyard in a 2 floor house. In it you can find a pool, Spa, 2 tanning/lounge chairs, and a seating area with a sectional and a small table. There is also a small zen space. All the above mentioned can be used for photo sessions, to rest, meditate or have meetings but not for parties. The pool does not currently have heating available. On the first floor of the house there is a room and a bathroom that can be used only in case it is necessary for changing clothes or logistics preparation.

It’s an easy and free street to parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood, at least 4 cars can be parked in front of the house.
General Rules
- No smoking inside the house.
- No guns.
- No drinks in a glass bottle except if is required for a photoshoot or video.
- No use of the grill is allowed.
- No alcohol drinking allowed, except if it Is required for a photoshoot or video

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
