Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Between each booking the space is cleaned and sanitized, all touch areas are wiped down and sanitary

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is great for photoshoots- artistic portraits, family photos, engagement announcements, etc. There is a 10 foot tall tiki bar as well as a massive blue squiggle hallway. The neighborhood offers a dozen amazing restaurants right outside the doorstep within 1 block, and access to Dolores Park just 3 blocks away.

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed, no smoking, no street shoes on the carpet (okay for photography subject to wear shoes for the shoot), no food/drink on the couch

All ages are allowed in the space
