About the Space

Experience a space that feels right at home from the moment you step in. Our full service recording studio can accommodate anything from recording your next single, podcasting and live performance. Our space includes a vocal booth, control room, cafe and podcast production studio that can accommodate 2 people. Our vocal booth includes a Neumann U87, Shure SM7B and AKG C414 XLII. Our studio also features a Fender SuperSonic guitar amp and a wide variety of different guitars. The entire space is outfitted with Philips Hue lightbulbs so you can adjust the color and brightness to fit the vibe of your session.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
