Pool table and wall to wall windows facing east and receive full morning sun. Dining area faces West for late day exposure opaque hunter Douglas opaque adjustable nesting panels are on all windows and have excellent capabilities to be light tinted with your lighting systems. The room has natural ambient lighting throughout the day

House is located in a very controlled neighborhood on an ocean access canal on a long dead end Street that is typically very quiet

Large circular driveway offers ample space for 10 cars and additional space is available with my friendly neighbors if needed

Queen Bedroom suite with private bathroom, full length mirrors, make up area, swivel seats, wardrobe closet

Master bedroom

I am typically on site.. Ample outlets throughout the property.. I have had many successful shoots at this location

This home is a smoke free environment inside. I do have a beautiful pool /dock area with lounge chairs/Tables as shown out back where you may enjoy the relaxing water views where you may light up day or night! Outside catering is OK... Catering in the house is also available. If something breaks, damaged, or missing, the guest shall be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any/all items. For the comfort and security of my guests and personal property and mine, only pre registered guests / crew are permitted on the property. Bathroom Rules. Flushable wipes, tampons, paper towels or any other objects should NOT be flushed as there is a very high probability of causing a clog. Any blockage of any drain on the premises caused by a guest that requires clearing shall be the responsibility of the guest and be paid for prior to departure or be charged to your account. A wireless printer is available on site for for your convenience to print boarding passes and/or other documents and will be an additional charge as you would have at any outside printing facility to offset the cost of ink /paper /maintenance.
