Have ease of mind with free on-site parking available right next to our unit's back door (Studio floor entrance). Easily park 8-15 cars without any worry of the lot becoming full.

In all matters concerning the liability of Tukes Studios and or its Assigns, the Renter acknowledges and accepts sole liability for the studio rental and welfare of every person attending the production. 1. NO FLAMMABLE USE: No pyrotechnics or flammable substances to be used for production purposes at any time. If using a substance or object that is potentially flammable please consult owners directly in advance. 2. PAINT & OTHER CHEMICALS: If using paint or chemicals that have the potential to damage the floor, table, or walls please consult the studio in advance. Must use protective coverings (TARP) to prevent damages or stains to premises. Please inquire the studio for the following items: glitter, hay, confetti, sand, bigger props such as a vehicle. 3. KEEP STUDIO FLOOR TIDY: After using the space for your project, please place all gear back in its designated location to keep ease of use for our next booking. Anything brought in for your project must be removed at the end of your shoot. We kindly ask that you remove all sets, trash, and or decorations as well as any tape of fixatives used. The studio will charge the card on file an automatic cleaning fee for any of the following; trash, spills, excessive marks on walls or props, as well as any studio props that are damaged or broken during the shoot. ** If you are unsure about how to utilize certain equipment/props PLEASE ask a studio member for help ** 4.NO OVERNIGHT PARKING: Overnight parking isn’t permitted for this facility. If one is to overnight park that is at their own discretion. Our studio is not responsible for any theft, damages, or overnight parking tow-away that may incur during your visit. Please be sure to lock your vehicle when inside the premises. 5. NO STUNT WORK, ANIMALS, ALCOHOL, OR SMOKING: This includes smoke bombs, vape pens, and e-cigarettes. If your production requires smoke/smoking as a prop or for advertising purposes please inform the studio before or during the booking process. ​ 6. LOUD NOISE AND RECORDINGS: The studio is NOT soundproof. As a general rule for being courteous to our neighboring tenets, it is not recommended to do any music, dance recordings, acting scenes, dialogue recording, or anything that in turn requires high volume or audio quality early in the day. Specifically, with music videos, this type of content should be started after 7 pm on weekdays and after 4 pm on weekends to avoid any complaints from neighboring tenets. Subject to change if given early notice to notify neighbors. 7. BEFORE BOOKING: Before booking your studio session please be sure that the person booking is at least 18 years of age. Upon your arrival, we will ask for photo I.D's (including everyone on the team). Name must match card on file used for booking. Also, keep in mind the complexity of your project when booking. The bigger the project, the more time in advance you will need to book to give the studio enough time to prep. ​ We'd like to remind you our studio is NOT air-conditioned. When booking during the warmer months of the year be sure to be mindful of the heat.
