Our professional cleaning team cleans and disinfects the space after each event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space is around 10.000 sq ft and 20ft high ceiling warehouse. Parties, festivals, pop-up events, cocktails, ball room dace events, art galleries and art exhibitions are the types of events that will work well in our space. The space has air conditioning and large bathrooms enough to host around 500 guests. Our high ceiling ables you to setup any king of lighting, visual and immersive setups. The specious nature of the space sustains good acoustics.

Parking description

We provide 40 car parking lot with additional fee. Our venue is surrounded with metered street parking as well.

General Rules

-No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -No alcohol after 3am -No access to the office area and the adjacent warehouses

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are recording video without audio at all times. Office areas, some parts of the parking lot and main event area is covered with surveillance.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
