Cre8ive Studio 3-3, is a stunning interior loft with an approximately 300 sq foot floor plan, that boasts 12+ foot ceilings and a mirrored wall. The space accommodates up to 25 people, and has acoustic insulation along with sound dampening, and versatile lighting. Made up of 13 individual spaces, Cre8ive can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Every studio has Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. We are on the 2nd floor of a doorman building, with three restrooms (one ADA accessible), and a water dispenser with cold and sparkling water. Our on-site staff are ready to help with anything you need. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.
