About the Space

Cre8ive Studio 3-4, a 323 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings, a mirrored wall, and outward-facing, oversized windows for tons of natural light. The space accommodates up to 30 people, has acoustic installation along with sound dampening, and versatile lighting. Starting at $30 an hour, Space 3-3 can be customized with requested furniture to fit your every need! Our versatile space is conveniently located just steps from Penn Station and is close to all subway lines. Made up of 13 individual studios, Cre8ive can accommodate multiple room bookings and many uses. Each studio has acoustic insulation and versatile lighting. We are located in a doorman building, with staff on site. Studios feature oversized windows in exterior facing studios, 12+ foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated wide hallways. The floor has three bathrooms (1 ADA accessible), it is also possible to book a bathroom for production shoots. Suitable for Meetings, Presentations, Workshops, Interviews, and more! For multiple studio bookings, please contact us for a custom offer. We also offer custom quotes for multiple days and after-hours bookings. Please inquire about our student/non-profit discounts. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

I quite enjoyed my visit to Cre8ive. I had no idea this place existed, but it's a dynamite location for performing arts professionals who train or work in Chelsea, HK, and Midtown. The room I got was easy to configure, even had two fans to cool everyone down, enough power outlets, and a neat wall that served as a background for the shoot. Overall, the videos look great. It sometimes can get a bit noisy due to folks in other rooms, but not to the point of being annoying. Great host, great space!
