About the Space

Our space is located Uptown Manhattan, NY. Great studio space for almost all types of photo shoots and/or small creative projects. The space has a minimum of a two hour booking at a rate of $38/Hr. Maximum of 8 guests at a time allowed in the studio. * PLEASE NOTE * Set-up and break down time is included in the hours you book so please take that into consideration when you’re booking the studio. We work majorly on self- sufficiency, being that we will be present in the building ( not in the studio space ), so we will let you into the building/studio space and leave you to the rest ! Therefore, if there are any questions regarding equipment or anything studio related you can ask us personally or still text/call. In addition to our studio being self sufficient, we expect for all guests to respect the studio space and leave it the way it was presented to you at the start of your booking time. An additional cleaning fee of $25 will be charged if the studio is left uncleaned and disorganized. * PLEASE NOTE * You get to use our white OR black colored backdrop for free, each additional color backdrop is a $10.00 pull per backdrop color. Backdrop colors we provide : White, Black, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Beige & Mocha. All other equipment listed below is included in the rental rate, however we do ask for you to inbox us telling us what items you’ll be using during your shoot ( from the list below ) so that we leave those items out and prepared for you ( and move the items you will not be using out your way for more studio space ), as though we find that is best this way to avoid any damages or stolen items. * PLEASE NOTE * - Any item/equipment that is damaged will be charged at items full price. * BATHROOM CODE * Girls - 3171 Boys - 9343 * LIST OF EQUIPMENT * - - - - -

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
