COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our expert clean crew between each guest stay.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Welcome to the Lemont Valley Estate! This home has over 6500 square feet of finished space on 3 floors with a walkout basement. The property is on 2 private acres of land with breathtaking views of massive trees and a rolling landscape. There are upper and lower firepits; the deck sits atop a 4 car garage. The location is near major highways Interstate 55 and 355.

Electrical system description

The circuit breaker is in the basement. The house meets all electrical codes. Outlets are spaced appropriately throughout the house.

General Rules

House Rules: • The pond belongs to our neighbor and is private property. Please respect our neighbors and do not trespass on their property. • No speakers, sound systems, microphones, amplified music, DJ’s, or live bands are allowed outside at any time. The only exception is a small Bluetooth speaker on the deck that is kept at a level that would not disturb our neighbors. • All cars must be parked on the driveway. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed. • Please watch your children and pets (if applicable). Become familiar with the home and the surroundings to ensure you understand the possibilities of anyone getting hurt. • The number of people at the house cannot exceed the number you booked for. The outside security cameras alert our security team if too many people are at the house. • Outside quiet hours begin at 9:30 pm. Please respect the neighbors, even though it is a big property, noise carries especially at night. • There is no smoking inside the house. Violators will be assessed a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund. • Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times. • Please make sure to lock all doors when you leave. • Please secure your personal belongings. Experience Hospitality, LLC will not be liable for loss of property. • Please be respectful of the home. You will be charged for any damage to the property caused by you or by your guests.

Security cameras and recording devices

Exterior security cameras are placed at each entrance. There are no interior security cameras.
