Between each stay the home is properly cleaned and sanitized. The home also is equipped with proper cleaning supplies for guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

3 bedroom 2.5 bath with access to a lovely backyard. Great for outdoor events, gatherings and shoots. In the backyard there is a propane grill available for use along with outdoor patio furniture. The house is equipped with all needed appliances. Front yard has a great deck overlooking the front yard.

General Rules

Smoking is allowed outside of the home. Catering is allowed. Bedrooms can be used with prior approval. Full access to living room , kitchen, and yard. Kitchen if fully equipped to prepare meals.

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring doorbell and side camera. Cameras will remain on as they are there for surveillance of the property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
