All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space being offered includes a family room, movie theater, bar, recording studio w/ live room, multiple big screen smart televisions and full bathroom with shower. Cable and high speed internet included. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. We're only a short drive from downtown Atlanta, Trilith Studios, Peachtree City and a 20 minute drive to Atlanta-Hartsfield International Airport.

General Rules

HOST RULE General Rules: All events require a Security Guard at the rate of $__/hour Parking is limited to maximum 4 cars on the street in front of the house and 4 cars in the driveway. Smoking allowed outside only. No pets/animals No loud music after dark. Do not gather on the front side of the house We are here to help! Do not help yourself. If you need something, let us know. We will be happy to provide and accommodate you. No guests permitted under the age of 21. All trash should be placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest. Do not take items from the property. We encourage you to always ask permission instead of forgiveness. We are far more accommodating to those who are respectful to our home. Host/Owner onsite at all times.
