No parties No loud music No smoking (smoke machines allowed) No pets allowed When you request to book, please let us know what rooms you intend to use so we can be sure those spaces are clean and ready for you prior to your arrival. COVID-19 With the current state of COVID, we are requiring all guests to wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines wherever possible (**vaccinated individuals may be maskless but be prepared to show your CDC Vaccination card**). The only individuals not wearing masks should be talent and only when actively being filmed. We reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no refund on site if you or your crew refuse to follow these guidelines. It is preferred that you have some sort of COVID protocol of your own (testing, temp checks, etc) and if you do, please share that with us prior to booking. Please be mindful of how the actions of you and your crew could potentially be dangerous in spreading of the virus to us as hosts and others. OVERTIME/GUEST COUNT Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Especially with COVID-19, the guest count of your booking will be strictly enforced. Should the number of people in the home exceed your number listed on your reservation, you will be billed according to our listing price. We reserve the right to terminate your booking on-site without refund if your guest count is excessively past the agreed upon number. FURNITURE MOVING Any and all furniture moving/rearranging needs to be verified with me prior. We require furniture be picked up, not dragged on the floors, and blankets (which you must provide) be used to protect our hardwood. Use of the bathtubs needs to be disclosed to us prior to booking as well. Anything on a stand (your lighting, cameras, etc) need protectors of some kind on their legs (tennis balls, socks, etc) again to avoid floor damage. You will be responsible for any damages done to our furniture, floors, and home during your stay, so please be careful and instruct your crew to to the same. All furniture and items need to be placed back before you leave as you found them. *pro-tip* Please take a picture before you start moving items if you aren’t confident you’ll remember where they came from. FOOD/CRAFT SERVICES Given the state of the virus, please try and eat outdoors if at all possible or stay distanced in the home when eating. Please bring your own utensils, disposable plates and cups.
