About the Space
We have an air conditioned tap room that seats about 100 and a covered outdoor biergarten that seats about 120. Popular events are company meetings/parties, holiday and wedding related events, and birthday parties as we can accommodate many activities and entertainment options. We have some traditional German games that we can offer that guests love. Most of our seating is either indoor or covered, so we can still accommodate in inclement weather.

Parking description
Onsite parking for at least 80-100 vehicles. Free offsite parking 1/2 block walk for hundreds of vehicles.
General Rules
No smoking inside.
Last call is 30 minutes before end of booking.
No outside alcohol allowed unless it is for a bottle share event.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras in taproom, biergarten, and production areas and are always on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We thoroughly clean and disinfect all seating and high touch surfaces between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
