We take pride in our detailed leaning in between bookings and we have masks and gloves available for everyone.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

This beautiful beauty salon is open for pop up shops, photoshoots, beauty classes, open mic nights and more! The space is set up for a beauty salon but all furniture other than the pedicure bowls and shampoo bowls can be removed. It has a huge never before seen 10ftx14ft flower wall and a gorgeous rustic swing perfect for a great photo op! You can make it the center of your event or just simply a cool piece to have in the background! Fits 50-65 people. Table and chairs can be rented as well as a package if needed. The pedicure station chairs can be removed and the platform can be used as a stage. The bowls can easily be covered to fit your theme. The is ample parking in the front, rear and side street of the salon. A delicious deli, pizza and Indian cuisine are located just doors down from the location on a busy street with lots of traffic. Bathroom in the back of the salon.

Parking description

There are free parking spots in the back of the facility as well as free street parking on the side street and metered parking in the front of the salon.

General Rules

No more than 65 people allowed to adhere to fire, safety and covid guidelines. Music and DJ is allowed. Food allowed at an extra fee. Full rental time shall include set up and breakdown. If you go over your time you are charged an extra $100 each hour. Front and rear door must be locked at time of departure.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are security cameras in the rear and front of the salon as well as indoor cameras.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
