About the Space

This House is a multi-use event space located near Fort Totten near the heart of Washington, DC. The venue is equipped with three different rental spaces. This space is on the 2nd floor and includes 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms (w/ showers), and a kitchen. Our event space holds 30-35 people. Our space can accommodate a wide range of events, from birthdays and celebrations to workshops, photoshoots, and launch parties. Avi8ted House is a cost-friendly space, perfect for events and located in a convenient and easy to get to area of DC. For virtual a walk-through available upon request!

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.

This space was perfect for my artist showcase , I had the grace of meeting other entrepreneurs in the building , very homey , hospitable space . I had a great night of music and mingling . Clean up was easy , host was very responsive during my stay . Definitely working with this space again

The space was beautiful & a great success for my birthday party. The space was stylish, clean, & had great acoustics. Charlton was very accommodating, friendly, communicative, & professional. I would highly recommend this space to anyone.
