About the Space
This is a multi-use event space located near Fort Totten near the heart of Washington, DC. The venue is equipped with three different rental spaces. This space is on the 4th floor and includes 6 rooms, 6 bathrooms (w/ showers), and a kitchen. Our event space holds 45-50 people. It has individual furnished suites and rooftop access. Our space can accommodate a wide range of events, from birthdays and celebrations to workshops, photoshoots, and launch parties. Avi8ted House is a cost-friendly space, perfect for events and located in a convenient and easy to get to area of DC. For virtual a walk-through available upon request!

Parking description
There is free street parking available, as well as, a metro station (Fort Totten) within walking distance.
General Rules
- There is no smoking inside the spaces. (Smoking fee $100: Cannabis only)
- No glitter, confetti or confetti balloons.
- You are responsible for any damage to the space.
- Additional amenities and vendors can be requested.
- Outside catering, dj's and sound equipment is allowed.
- Renters are required to walk-through before and after rental.
- Renters must dispose of their own trash in dumpsters located behind the building.
- Renters must return all borrowed items to their proper place, and tidy up after themselves.
- Rental time must include set up and breakdown for the event. Be sure to allot enough time for both.
- If the space is utilized outside of the initial booking request description a $500 fee will be applied.
OVERTIME
Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our hourly rate.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are security cameras on the outside of the building recording video.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
