About the Space
The space is ideal to host your birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, mixer, or any other event in mind. Penthouse has a 800+ sq ft private patio, perfect to take the party outside. The penthouse includes access to the restroom and kitchen. The kitchen counts with a bar countertop to facilitate serving your guests. The building has a rooftop lounge as well, access to the lounge area is allowed, please be respectful of the tenants as this is a shared area. Lounge area closes at 10 PM, and is strictly off limits after hours. Your party must be contained to the penthouse and back patio after 10 PM. Parking garages can be found within walking distance, as well as meter street parking. NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS - Rooftop can only be accessed through the stairs on the top floor. NO EXCESSIVE LOUD MUSIC - Music is allowed, but must be contained at an appropriated level. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after please be considerate and leave on time. WEEKEND EVENING RATE -Friday, Saturday, and Sunday after 6 pm hourly rate is $200

SERGIO is THEE best. Venue is as described but being there in person is best. The view is stunning and makes up for the staircase we have to take to get to the roof. lol Sergio answered all my many questions and had tons of patience. He greets with his big Colgate smile making you feel welcomed. He walked me through every step of the way as well which made me feel very comfortable. Parking is just as expected with it being DTLA but if you don't want to budget and find free parking there is a convenient parking lot across the street for just $12. If you are wanting to book on a Sunday as in my case the street parking is not enforced. I had a perfect graduation celebration with 50-60 people and there were NO problems. I would and will definitely book this venue again. Do yourself the favor and book!

The space is nice! There is a flight of stairs to get to the penthouse so keep that in mind if you need to load and unload for your event.

Sergio was the ultimate host. Always available to answer any concerns or questions we had. He was very flexible with us and ensured we had everything we needed to make our celebration successful. I highly recommend his venue as it had beautiful views of downtown and the loft was perfect for our party of 75. You won’t be dissatisfied if you choose Sergio’s venue. I would book again in the future!!!
