- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
*PLEASE READ* SODO STUDIO is located at the Old Rainier Brewery building in Downtown Seattle’s SoDo district. This studio has 1200 square feet of space to use, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. The floors are concrete, the walls are white, and the ceiling is black/industrial. Follow us on Instagram @sodostudioseattle for more photos and updates. AFTER YOU BOOK: You will recive an email with instructions on how to enter the studio and what to expect from your rental. They are expensive and large. Just want to keep them for as long as I can without getting damaged. **PLEASE DO NOT move the black dining table around. It is a custom piece and the more it gets moved around, the more likely it will get damaged. All other furniture can be moved around but must be put back into it’s original place by the end of your rental. **PLEASE treat this studio as if it were your own. I want to try my best to create an awesome community of people who use this space and keeping it clean/undamaged makes it a better experience for everyone. Phenomenal studio space! Edward was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Highly professional. The studio itself is fully equipped with all the tools you might need, not to mention a beautiful restroom and fully functioning kitchen. My clients felt right at home, and had plenty of room to spread out. I really appreciated the ability to open windows and sanitizer/masks that were provided in the event that someone needed it. You won't regret booking this space.
