About the Space
*PLEASE READ* SODO STUDIO is located at the Old Rainier Brewery building in Downtown Seattle’s SoDo district. This studio has 1200 square feet of space to use, a full kitchen, and a full bathroom. The floors are concrete, the walls are white, and the ceiling is black/industrial. Follow us on Instagram @sodostudioseattle for more photos and updates. AFTER YOU BOOK: You will recive an email with instructions on how to enter the studio and what to expect from your rental. They are expensive and large. Just want to keep them for as long as I can without getting damaged. **PLEASE DO NOT move the black dining table around. It is a custom piece and the more it gets moved around, the more likely it will get damaged. All other furniture can be moved around but must be put back into it’s original place by the end of your rental. **PLEASE treat this studio as if it were your own. I want to try my best to create an awesome community of people who use this space and keeping it clean/undamaged makes it a better experience for everyone. Great space! Looks and feels extremely large. Place was exactly as described in listing. We enjoyed using the space. The large space provided us with many options. Studio also has a portable AC, if windows arent enough (on hot summer days), we used it as it was a bit warm. Kitchen and a full restroom are a great addition! Blackout curtains are in the processs of getting installed. Edward was a great host and answered all questions quickly before/during shoot.

We used this studio to do a work related photo shoot and it was an awesome space! We had around 15 people there and it was the perfect amount of space for everyone. The only complaint we had was that it was way too hot in there, even with the windows open. I would suggest bringing a fan to put in there or telling guests to bring their own!

We had a great shoot at this studio. The minimalist look of the space was what the client wanted and they also loved the ambient light. We had enough space to work and having a kitchen and rest room right in the space was convenient. The host Edward is super friendly and the communication was great through the whole process. From a photographer's standpoint it was also super handy to have some grip, v-flats etc. included. Load-in was fairly easy with the elevator and free parking was a nice bonus. Thanks again!
