About the Space
Lovely intimate space for wedding receptions, engagement parties, corporate meetings, birthday parties, book clubs, films, photo shoots etc. The private patio has it's own bar with well, draft beer system, and refrigeration. The area has combined seating for up to 48 people: colorful tables and chairs, (2) fire pits and (15) heat lamps that provide year round warmth as needed. Adjacent to the patio is a private room with exposed brick walls, redwood accents, crystal chandeliers and a display of rare spirit bottles.

Yellow loading zone out front. Entrance does not require a ramp. Commercial trucks do not need to be moved but can be ticketed after an hour.

General Rules
No persons under 21 yrs of age
No smoking or vaping of any kind
No outside beverage catering. All beverages are catered in house
Outside catering is allowed for a fee.
Patio seating and private room close at 10pm
No amplified music. Acoustic is permitted.
No confetti, rice or the like of any kind.
Dogs are permitted, on leash and controlled by owner at all times.
Ages 21+
Production insurance is required
Must cover liability, damage, theft, fire etc. Standard insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved, if booking party wants to remove it from building, then they must store it, pay for storage and return on completion.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Two security cameras that record video. Does not record audio. One on patio, one in private room. Cameras record 24/7/ data is stored monthly, and deleted daily. Cameras are located high enough to not be a distraction but are clearly visible to guests.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The entire interior and exterior is cleaned 7 days a week. The exterior during an event has a dedicated staff member to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
