About the Space
This place is a hidden gem and a peaceful venue for your next event. Set in the heart of Orlando and two miles from UCF. Please be aware this is for small events and gatherings. Bigger events can be booked separately. There are no sleeping arrangements provided. No one will be spending the night. If you wish to expend the night, you can book our apartment though Airbnb, look for ucf-home. A private backyard with a beach lake access, picnic area, tree covered huge dancing floor, and outdoor restrooms. Amazing lightning and a chandelier are also provided so you can design your small celebration. Half acre available for your use. Although we have private parking for you and your guests, there’s plenty of free street parking around the premises.

We pre-approve all dates to make sure there is enough time between guests to clean the space.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
