It's 100 acres and we have a single renter in our apartment. It's a non-issue
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
About the Space
The Tiny Aframe is available for your music video, engagement pics, senior photoshoot, etc. You'll have access to most of our beautiful 100-acre property and as well as the A-Frame itself which is famous for its transformative design. This property requires a two-hour rented minimum. There are no bathrooms on sight. Free parking.

Parking description
The parking area is about 100 yards from the Aframe itself. 3 cars max in the parking lot, please.
Space has natural light

Lighting description
There is a large see-through polycarbonate wall that brings in a lot of natural light into the space. It is lift-able, so 80sq ft cabin can become and feel much larger with the poly wall lifted.
There is another small window in the kitchen across from the door.
Brightest times are mid morning to mid day.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
You can't hear neighbors from this space. It is not on a busy street, it is tucked away in a forest. There is no noise from appliances since it is OFF the grid.
Our 100 acres of forest is a perfect place for nature and forest sounds of squirrels, birds, crickets, etc.

Equipment loading description
You can freely park near our main building. Access to the A-frame cabin is a short 30 seconds walk through the forest. The cabin is elevated on a platform and is accessed by three steps.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The other cabin down the hill - the Shanty is off limits for filming.
The Blind cabin -also down hill is also off limits for filming.
Red building near parking lot is also off limits for filming or use.
Basically, you're welcome to shoot in and around the A-frame cabin as well as anywhere your find suitable on our 100 acre property!
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
This cabin is off-grid and doesn't have any places for charging (there are two DC outlets but that is for USB-powered devices only and may or may not be operational).
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
Before getting access to the space, we require our guests to sign our liability waiver available with the hosts. By booking here, you agree not to hold the Hohnstead LLC liable for any accidents that may occur on the property.
Ages 15+
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Anything inside the A-frame can be moved or removed (but please put it back when you finish)
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
1 RING camera over the parking lot that covers the parking area
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
