2 cars can fit side by side in the driveway, another 2 diagonally in the parking slot along the retaining wall, and then there is plenty of street parking available.

This is a no smoking no alcohol location. No placing of any object on the piano. No touching of the piano unless booked specifically for the use of it. Only the use of the refrigerator and ovens is allowed in the kitchen. No nails, screws, staples or tape may be used to affix anything to the furniture, walls or building. No use of sparklers, candles or fire producing products. Only move the folding tables, chairs and white board provided, and please do not drag them over the floor. When checking out, return the place as you found it: - Remove all your items and dispose of all your trash in the proper bins outside. - Push the Ring button again to communicate to me that you are checking out and have replaced the key and scrambled the combination. If extra cleaning or repairs are required, additional fees will be charged at an hourly rate of $100/hour.
