About the Space
Recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment. This space has all the style and utility you need. The charming pre war townhouse has professionally designed to make you feel at home. The house is located on a quiet residential block. Since this is a city, all the townhouse share walls with the other. And we try to respect our neighbors when it comes to noise. We expect guests to respect that also. The closest subway station is only 5 minutes walk to Halsey St on the J line. The C train is about 10 minutes walk at Ralph station.

NOT inside the apartment. Security camera on the house pointed to the front stair to see in and out traffic.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
