All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have a beautiful multi-level outdoor oasis tucked in ancient boulders, filled with hidden nooks and unique spaces. Plenty of natural and architectural beauty, expansive views, a large waterfall, a vintage Mexicali bar, fruit tree paths, two outdoor copper piped hot/cold tubs, and up to nine different areas to host your gathering or production. Please note: Use of main house not permitted. Restroom rentals required. The outdoor space is available for rental along with the private converted garage as pictured. Our back lot and rear driveway have adequate space to host large production vehicles. This is an exclusive rental and all interested parties must participate in a brief interview with the homeowners before acceptance. For scouting, please inquire to arrange a visit. Outdoor dinner parties, birthday parties, proposals, engagement parties, photo shoots, music video shoots, fashion shoots, film shoots, wedding ceremonies, date nights, retreats, massages, picnics, workshops, pop-ups, classes, sound baths, etc.

Parking description

There are 3 load in spots, vans and trucks ok (up to 15 feet clearance for 2/3 spots). Up to 8 parking spots onsite. Up to 15 spots across the street for a small fee. Unlimited parking less than 1 mile away with shuttle services familiar with the canyon and driveways.

Ambient noise description

Overall, this is a serene setting with ambient noise from the waterfall and fountain. However, as the property is located in a canyon, there is the occasional motorcycle that drives by. We find that with a street crew slowing down traffic, most car/motorcycle noise can be avoided during shoots and events.

Electrical system description

Every level has an electrical outlet along with two circuit breakers on the property. The main feeding box has 200 amps, and the additional breaker has 30 amps.

General Rules

No loud music after 10pm. All outside vendors require interviews and permission from the property owners. Smoking in designated area ONLY. No parking on the canyon road.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

All productions must have full liability coverage and show proof of insurance.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Some decorations can be moved, but please check with us before moving any.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are video and audio recordings occurring 24/7 at all property entrances and exits only. They stay on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
