About the Space

Welcome to my modern downtown New York city apartment. At approximately 1200 sq ft, it's perfect for photo shoots, video shoots, and team off-sites. The apartment is well equipped with two queen bedrooms, one bathroom with high-end finishes, a living room with Apple TV, dining for 6-8, and a chef's kitchen with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances.

Ryan was a great host. He offered us water, snacks and showed us around his apartment. His apartment was very clean and tidy for us. He let us enjoy the space from 1-5pm. He was very gracious and his space was beautiful. Overall, a great experience!
