About the Space
If you're looking for contemporary, this is it! A modern space with clean lines, unique European design and plenty of natural light. Indoor/outdoor space with natural ventilation. Great for cooking film & product shoots! This is a rental for the entire first floor of our home, which includes a kitchen, living space, and powder room. This 1,500 square foot space is located within the 610 loop in a quiet neighborhood. At this time we are only allowing photo/video shoots and not using the space to host parties. When you submit an inquiry, please include as much detail as you can. • How many people will be in the space (talent/production staff)? • What is the product/show you are shooting for? • Do you expect it to be loud? All this helps us prepare and not be in your way while you create! Based on experiences from past booking and in an effort to avoid awkward conversations regarding overtime charges, there is a 3-hour minimum. Sometimes guests enjoy the space so much that they decide to extend the length of their booking. If we mutually agree to extend the length of the booking, the additional time will be charged at 1.5x the hourly rate.
