About the Space

Large industrial space with black and white walls and metal accent wall set up with 3 unique full sized sets. Sets and props are rotated monthly for variety for use as is, but the ability to have customs set built or styled for your photo/video project is always available. Spacious paper backdrop set up at all times, and a separate smaller paper backdrop is set up in product shoot section featuring a small table. Two couches set up for seating in between shots or for team. Changing space with dress rack available. Access to our antique prop inventory, and styling services available.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was perfect for what I was looking for! We were able to get quite a few different looks in a short about of time. It was great being able to move around the space freely and utilize different areas.

Loved this space and the host was super accommodating to me wanting to check out the space ahead of time and needing extra time the day of. Space was very flexible for what I needed set design wise. Easy to hang lighting and also easy load in and out.

This is a great open space with lots of room and lots of ideas for photography. I really love the industrial feel along with the different set pieces. This is a great, affordable gem for photographers. Host answered all our questions. Will use again!
