Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We wipe down all surfaces with disinfected spray.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Im the first hard seltzer brewery/tasting room. My event space is versatile. It is 80's/Miami Vice themed. Neon lights and retro furniture. I can host cooperate events, holiday parties, bands/DJ's, and comedy nights. My tasting room/brewery is 5,300 sqft. I have 8 unique Hard Seltzer flavors on draft which is all brewed at this location. Easily sits 80 guests. 200 guests standing.

We have security camera recording the front parking lot.
