Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Coastal Spanish modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath duplex with ocean views from expansive rooftop terrace located just a block from downtown shopping and restaurants. The top floor is dedicated to a fabulous rooftop deck with ocean views and a fireplace. The home has a fully stocked kitchen. First level has the entrance, garage, guest bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, second level has 2 master bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, and another powder bathroom near the main grand room which has the kitchen with Professional Thermador appliances, dining space and living room. The home was newly built and boasts beautiful arched windows.
