COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The full studio is cleaned regularly. Floors are cleaned on a daily basis. Hand soap is of course provided in both restrooms as well as hand sanitizer throughout the building.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space is an open airy studio with high ceilings and a working garage door. The studio would be a wonderful place for a birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower or other special celebration. The space would also work great for a small dance class/competition as well as a meeting space for fitness instruction, bodywork classes or similar workshops. The garage door can be opened up on nice days to create an outdoor feel while still remaining indoors. The studio has two restrooms, one large room (900 square feet) and a reception area. There is an additional space/room (about 300 square feet) that could be rented for an additional charge for storage or check-in purposes. There is a small counter area in the front and a water tower dispenser with cold and hot water. Rental includes the use of small rectangular tables and black folding chairs (not pictured).

Parking description

There is a close parking (regular and parallel) with about 20 parking spots. There is also overflow parking that is a little further (but still close) at an adjacent business (in front of the business and behind as well). The adjacent business has space for about 15 more cars.

Security cameras and recording devices

There are three security cameras inside the studio that are always on. Two cameras are placed to record the front and back doors of the building in case of break in. There is also a camera that is pointed towards the hooks in the hallway since that is where students typically hang their valuables.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
