About the Space
The rental area would including the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and outside: Pool Deck and outside Dining Area. The bedrooms are not available. It makes for a great mid-sized space for Hosting. Perfect for a small birthday party, dinner party or bridal/baby shower! Also a beautiful backdrop for a photo shoot! In the summer and warmer days, the A/C we set to as low as we can, but often it cannot cool the home with a lot of people in in. We have one fan, but please acknowledge this before you book! There is plenty of space to spread out in the backyard. Music is welcomed until 11p.

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was lovely. Peter greeted me and was very nice. It was a bit hot but a fan was provided. It was spacious for my guest count. Everyone loved the dining room. My guests had a wonderful time. We intended to use the pool but lost track of time. We would love to come again in the future.

This space was just not it. I know it looks really pretty in the photos and is listed as a 25 person event space. This is simply not true. The Good – The owner is responsive to messages and questions. While the space does not exactly match the listing, it is nice enough to look ok in a photo. The Bad – the price is way too high for what you get. The ring door bell was broken- this is a safety hazard to have an exposed button. Upon entering, the space is very dark as compared to the photos and the furniture shows more wear. We also had an issue with the chandelier. If you are above 5 foot you will hit your head on it. While the home looks cool – it is not practically designed. The Ugly –the owner or her mom will be there for your event just sitting in their bedroom and had an aquarium with a lizard by the dining table. The owners décor (not pictured in listing photos) took over the tables. There were also plants everywhere – and I mean everywhere. At one point my husband stepped outside and a small child approached him asking about going for a walk. This was very odd. I then found the kid rifling though our things by the car after theparty while cleaning up and had to ask for our things back. The AC not keeping the space cool and clutter were also an issue. We were absolutely drenched in sweat and the owner had lots of their clutter laying out - particularly on the way to the pool. My suggestion, find a bestie with a pretty house. The long and short of it – just don't.
