About the Space
This is a newly built property with hotel amenities in mind. There is an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances. You will have access to a beautifully designed bathroom, kitchen and Guest House, as well as all of the outdoor areas. The lot size is 14000 sq foot and you will have access to every area except the main house. This gorgeous Salt-Water pool has been completely remodeled last year with high end details and a huge Baja shelf. Besides having access to an amazing pool, there are areas for dining or relaxing in the cabana and playing games out in the yard if you wish! You have a beautiful view of the San Gabriel Mountains from your lounger. Food and drink are welcome, please no glass or confetti. Pool Heating is $100 flat fee, Hot Tub is $10 per hour. The TVs have all streaming through ROKU and sound bar for music. The pool restroom is a toilet in the gray shed. If you have any questions, please reach out. We are happy to have you enjoy our pool and hope you respect our property as we share it on this platform. Upon request we offer: Misters/Fans, Additional Umbrellas, Sunscreen, Towels, Large Inflatable rafts, Grill, Coolers. If you need anything we probably have it!
