- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Sammy, Greg, & Genie were great to work with! Super flexible and kind with their support even as our event had unexpected challenges with our crew. Some things were a bit confusing at first though due to the booking processes. Many thanks for having us! Would book again.

We booked this space for a dance rehearsal. The space was great but unfortunately the previous renters apparently had a party and left a very sticky floor with cake and trash. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and the trash was overflowing. You aren't given instructions to enter until you arrive but the contact didn't answer for the first 15 minutes, either by text or phone. Instructions should be given before arrival. I wasn't going to write a review yet because I'm using the space tomorrow and they assured that I would be give a reduction in rate. I haven't heard back from them about it and in order to book another Peerspace I need for a different date, I have to leave a review on this one. Although it wasn't a good experience, if the situation is remedied, I can certainly provide a much better review after our rehearsal tomorrow.
