COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Studio premises must be cleaned and returned to the original condition in which they were presented and entered by client at the beginning of rental term. Renter agrees to leave the premises clean of all trash and materials, remove all tape and residues, and sweep the floor clean at end of rental term. Extra cleaning, waste removal, and or storage charges may be imposed if Renter leaves trash, stains, residues, sets, set pieces, props, materials, equipment or other items in the Studio or on the property at the end of rental term. Renter is responsible for all damages and clean up that Renter may cause. Depending on the situation the Studio may need to be painted back to original color and Renter will be financially responsible for the process. Studio dumpsters are available to a limit, and will not accommodate scenic trash, which is piled higher than container can hold and will be refused by trash Removal Company. The fee is $150.00 if the above is not followed. A house cleaning standard fee of $150.00 (not waived) will be charged in the end to help cover trash removal and cleaning of floors and bathrooms, Et al if Renter does not clean up, leaving the Studio in an unsatisfactory condition. Disposal of hazardous materials in dumpsters is strictly prohibited and in violation of certain local, state, and federal laws.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our space is located at Westcott's headquarters with 2,100 square feet of modern production space. Featuring a 34-foot cyc wall, makeup room, kitchen, product photography table, and state-of-the-art soundproofing, the Westcott Soundstage is the professional's studio choice in Northwest Ohio. The soundstage is great for recording and photographing commercial and artistic productions. Studio rentals include a lighting package, which includes Westcott Flex bi-color LED mats with barndoors and diffusion, Solix bi-color LED monolights , and RGBW LED mats. This package also includes all necessary grip, power supply, cables, and extension cords. Strobe lighting and lighting modification accessories are also available upon request on a limited bases. General Rules

The Renter is responsible for all activities of Renter's Party brought into the studio or premises and any infraction to include any fee assessment. The Renter and Renters Party are prohibited from entering any areas of the Westcott premises outside of the studio, hallway, and common area. All children must be supervised at all times by an appropriate guardian. It is strongly encouraged that the renter seeks usage agreements and model releases for all participating parties in the photo shoot. A general model release document can be provided by Westcott. F.J. Westcott does not provide, sell, or serve alcoholic beverages for events held.

Security cameras and recording devices

Space is monitored by security cameras in public areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
