Beautiful Backyard with Pool, Hot Tub, Grill, T.V., Bar, and Six Person Dining Table

Currently, we are requiring a FOUR HOUR MINIMUM. When you book the backyard, please book it for at least FOUR hours or we may need to cancel your reservation. We have a beautiful modern, and crystal clear blue pool that is always heated to 90 degrees free of charge! Our house was recently built two years ago. Therefore, the area is almost new! We also have many amenities such as a grill, dining table, lounge chairs, bar with chairs, shower (additional charge), hot tub fridge and sound system! Families with children under 3 please make sure your child is wearing swim diapers. Please feel free to reach out with special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you. Small gatherings are welcome (the space holds about 20 max comfortably). If you have people going in and out that's fine, but no more than 20 people at a time allowed at once). Hope to see you soon!
